Day 2 (B, L)
We begin this day with breakfast at the hotel. Try to refrain a bit and wear comfortable shoes as we will walk through Miraflores on our way to Sky Kitchen for a market tour, fruit tasting, and cooking lesson. This will introduce you to some of the basics of Peruvian cuisine in a fun, dynamic, and delicious environment. Once we conclude, we will return to the hotel where you can indulge in a swim on the roof-top pool, rest, do some early souvenir shopping, or explore a bit of the city. This evening we recommend that you turn in early, as you have a long day coming up.

Day 3 (B, L)
We begin this day by checking out of the hotel and having breakfast before we head to the airport. Our short flight to Cuzco will depart early. Please pack an overnight bag for Machu Picchu as the rest of your luggage will be heading to your Cusco hotel. Upon arrival in Cusco, you will head out to tour the Sacred Valley. You will visit the Pisac Market and the Citadel at Pisac where you will enjoy the stunning panoramic views in every direction. You will not be back in Pisac so if you see something you like, buy it. You will enjoy a buffet lunch at Restaurante Tunupa before you board a train and head to Machu Picchu. Upon arrival and after we check in at the Tierra Viva Machu Picchu you will be free to wander this small town. There is a souvenir market where you can find almost anything for your friends back home. Enjoy the rest of the evening on your own. Have dinner, buy some souvenirs, and go to sleep early. Be sure to get some rest. The day tomorrow starts extremely early.
Day 4 (B)
Today you awake early. A quick breakfast will prepare you to head up the mountain and see one of the Wonders of the World: Machu Picchu. You will have an opportunity to visit the ruins of this absolutely magnificent site accompanied by our experienced guide. You will then have an opportunity to climb Wayna Picchu and take in an even more impressive view of the mountain. After you finish your visit to Machu Picchu, you will take the bus back to Pueblo Machu Picchu. You may have some lunch before you board the train and return to Cuzco and check in at the JW Marriott El convento Cusco. This is a wonderful hotel with everything within reach. On the premises you will find an Ilaria jewelry shop, spa, and other amenities. To help you acclimate to the altitude in Cusco, the rooms are oxygen enriched. You will arrive late and tired, so you are free to enjoy the evening at your own pace.
Day 5 (B, D)
We will once again get an early start and visit the Moray Salt Mines. This will be a long day of sightseeing and souvenir shopping. In the evening you will dine in MAP Café. You will enjoy a 3-course meal accompanied by a delightful wine pairing. You will enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of the Museo de Arte Precolombino that surrounds this glass-encased restaurant. After dinner, you may stroll down to the main square and enjoy a night of dancing, stop at the Museo del Pisco for a night cap, or return to the hotel for some rest. It’s Monday but there is always something to do in Cusco

Day 6 (B, D)
Today will be a day of relative rest if you wish it to be. You are free to explore Cusco at your own pace. This evening you dine at Pachapapa. If you are looking forward to trying cuy horneado (roasted guinea pig), one of the more discussed local delicacies, this is your chance. Let me know as they need 1 hour notice to prepare it! This will be our last night in Cuzco. You may spend it dancing at one of the many clubs that surround the Plaza de armas, having a quiet drink, or resting.

Day 7 (B, D)

You may return to Larcomar for first class shopping, enjoy some of Lima’s best ceviche at Punto Azul, or enjoy a bird’s eye view of the coast with a paragliding experience. We will be happy to arrange any of these for you. In the evening you will dine at Maido*** (ranked No. 10 in the world and #2 in Latin America by The World's 50 Best Restaurants), a Peruvian-Japanese fusion marvel where you will enjoy the Nikkei Experience: a 13 course tasting menu with a wine pairing constructed around each individual course. This is you last night in Peru so make it count.

Day 10 (B)
Today you will check out of the hotel after breakfast and, sadly, our time together must come to an end. Those of you with late departures may enjoy the last few hours in the city by walking along the coast or trying your luck at the casino. Whenever you are ready, a car will be waiting to take you back to Lima's Jorge Chavez International Airport. As you head back home, you will carry with you memories of sights, sounds, sensations, smells, and flavors that will serve as a reference point for other experiences.
