Day 1 (D)
Upon your arrival in Santiago de Chile, you'll be transported to the Santiago Marriott to settle in and rest for the exciting days ahead. Once you are settled in, we have arranged for an introduction to Chilean wines by the sommelier team at Bocanáriz. They will guide you through some of the different grape varieties, the different wine regions in Chile, and teach you about paring wines with food. Once the workshop is concluded, you will stay and enjoy a 3-course dinner where the wine takes center stage.

Day 2 (B, L, D)
Your day begins with a ride to Concha y Toro vineyard where you will discover the origins of the Casillero del Diablo legend, taste different grape varieties right from the vine, enjoy a 7-wine tasting, and have lunch at the 1883 restaurant. We will then return to Santiago for a quick rest before heading out to culinary highlight at Boragó, Chile's top restaurant (ranked #9 in Latin America), where you'll savor 12-18 course tasting menu featuring hyper seasonal dishes, complemented by water sourced from Patagonia rain.

Day 3 (L, D)
Today will include three unique vineyards in the Maipo Valley, known for its Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, and Merlot. You'll start with an extensive wine tasting at a modern winery, followed by another tasting and a 3-course meal with wine pairing at a charming family-run winery. Finally, you'll visit a third winery of your choice, based on your preferences. After a
day of exploration, we'll enjoy dinner at Yum Cha, where you will explore in depth tea's complex flavor-profiles and food-pairing capabilities throughout a 10-course menu where dishes are created to pair with specific teas rather than the more common reverse.

Day 4 (B)

We’ll have a leisurely start before heading to the airport for a 5-hour flight to Easter Island. Upon arrival, transfer to the Hare Uta hotel for a restful day with no planned activities.
Should you wish to upgrade to business class on this 787 Dreamliner flight, please add $1,195pp

Day 5

Today’s tour will focus on the central and southwestern parts of the island, featuring sites such as Anakena, home to the-preserved moai, and Te Pito Kura, which boasts the tallest statue ever placed on an ahu platform. Other highlights include Puna Pau, Ahu Akivi, Tahai, Rano Kau crater, and Orongo, a ceremonial village with views.

Day 6
Explore the less-traveled megalith sites along the south coast, beginning with Vinapu, known for its expertly crafted rock walls. At Hanga Poukura, admire the unique lava rock formations and statues, while Vaihu provides insight into ancient village life. Visit Akahanga, the largest ancient village, and Rano Raraku, where most megaliths were carved. Conclude with Ahu Tongariki, the largest and most impressive monument featuring 15 moais.

Day 7
Enjoy another late start before heading to the airport for your flight back to Santiago. Upon arrival, you’ll transfer to your hotel for some rest before we continue our vineyard exploration.

Day 8 (B, L)

You will begin your day with a comprehensive tour of Chile’s capital. You will learn about the military coup at la Moneda, see the catch of the day at the central fish market, the Fine Arts Museum, and ride a cable car to San Cristobal Hill. At the conclusion of the tour, you will have lunch at Baco wine bar where you will be able to sample alight lunch with plenty of Chilean and International wine options. After lunch, we will head to Mundo del Vino where you will have a chance to explore and purchase from a curated wine collection. Once you have purchased your wine, we will head back to the hotel to finish packing before heading to the airport for your flight home, filled with wonderful memories and a few bottles of wine.
