Day 1 (D)
Upon your arrival in Santiago de Chile, you'll be transported to the Santiago Marriott to settle in and rest for the exciting days ahead. Your first meal will be a culinary highlight at Boragó, Chile's top restaurant (ranked #9 in Latin America), where you'll savor 12-18 course tasting menu featuring hyper seasonal dishes, complemented by water sourced from Patagonia rain. This experience promises to be a delightful welcome to Chile.

Day 2 (B, L, D)
Your journey focuses on wine so we kick off the day with a tour of three unique vineyards in the Maipo Valley, known for its Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, and Merlot. You'll start with an extensive wine tasting at a modern winery, followed by another tasting and a 3-course meal with wine pairing at a charming family-run winery. Finally, you'll visit a third winery of your choice, based on your preferences. After a day of exploration, we'll enjoy dinner at Yum Cha, where the tasting menu features various tea and wine pairings.

Day 3 (D)
Today we explore three iconic wineries: Concha y Toro, Santa Rita, and Undurraga. At Concha y Toro, discover the origins of the Casillero del Diablo legend, while Viña Santa Rita offers a glimpse into Chile's rich cultural heritage and winemaking traditions, complete with a lunch at Doña Paula. Conclude your day with a visit to Viña Undurraga, known for its unique wines reflecting Chile’s diverse terroirs. Finish your evening with dinner at La Calma, a remarkable seafood restaurant.  

Day 4 (B, L)
Today, we venture to the Colchagua Valley, home to a variety of grapes including Syrah, Malbec, and Chardonnay. Your boutique wine tour starts at Viña Lugarejo, a small winery committed to producing unique, natural wines. Then, visit the OWM (Own Wine Makers) garage winery, where you'll have the chance to blend your own wine, followed by a tasting of their exquisite offerings. Finally, indulge in the region's finest cuisine at Fuegos de Apalta, a restaurant by Francis Mallman.

Day 5

We’ll have a leisurely start before heading to the airport for a 5-hour flight to Easter Island. Upon arrival, transfer to the Hare Uta hotel for a restful day with no planned activities.

Day 6
Today’s tour will focus on the central and southwestern parts of the island, featuring sites such as Anakena, home to the-preserved moai, and Te Pito Kura, which boasts the tallest statue ever placed on an ahu platform. Other highlights include Puna Pau, Ahu Akivi, Tahai, Rano Kau crater, and Orongo, a ceremonial village with views.

Day 7
Explore the less-traveled megalith sites along the south coast, beginning with Vinapu, known for its expertly crafted rock walls. At Hanga Poukura, admire the unique lava rock formations and statues, while Vaihu provides insight into ancient village life. Visit Akahanga, the largest ancient village, and Rano Raraku, where most megaliths were carved. Conclude with Ahu Tongariki, the largest and most impressive monument featuring 15 moais.

Day 8
Enjoy another late start before heading to the airport for your flight back to Santiago. Upon arrival, you’ll either transfer to a hotel or board your flight home, filled with wonderful memories and a few bottles of wine.
